Senior Manager – Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF)

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) practice, shaping safety and risk solutions for clients across multiple industries. You will act as the primary client interface, develop new methodologies, and drive global adoption of SIF best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on SIF prevention, overseeing project delivery and quality.
• Design and incubate new safety methodologies and perspectives for global rollout.
• Maintain industry knowledge, monitor trends, and contribute thought leadership and IP.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, providing project management guidance and feedback.
• Manage project planning, governance, risk management, and ensure successful execution of multiple engagements.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client relationship building.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, safety, risk management, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of industry and client‑facing experience in safety, risk or operations consulting.
• Professional safety or risk certifications such as CSP or CIH are a plus.
• Proven experience leading large, complex consulting engagements and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
