Consulting Manager (US)

About the role

As a Consulting Manager you will lead high‑impact transformation programmes for clients across metals, energy, chemicals, manufacturing and other asset‑intensive industries. The role can be based anywhere in the United States and involves up to 80% travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple project workstreams.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Structure and solve complex operational, risk or transformation problems.
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, impact and timely delivery.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants through performance support and feedback.
• Support client discussions, proposals and account‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting, project leadership or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project delivery and lead teams on transformation or operational‑improvement initiatives.
• Experience in asset‑intensive or operationally complex environments is preferred.
