Senior Manager, Project Development (Hybrid)

About the role

Antora Energy is seeking a senior manager to lead its commercial project development function, focusing on international energy storage and power generation projects in Spain and Australia. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams from ideation through to commercial contract execution, and will serve as the primary liaison with landowners, community leaders and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones and accountability across commercial teams to accelerate deals to final investment decision.
• Develop and manage commercial contract and risk‑tracking tools to ensure alignment and visibility for stakeholders.
• Bridge technical, language, cultural and time‑zone challenges for globally dispersed teams.
• Escalate and mitigate deal risks, coordinating workstreams with legal, business development and finance.
• Negotiate and execute lease, easement and title agreements to de‑risk land control.
• Represent Antora with local community leaders and authorities to secure required permits.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in wind, solar, storage, renewable hydrogen or large renewable power projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams indirectly and drive projects to final investment decision and contract execution.
• Demonstrated success in risk escalation, mitigation and de‑risking workstreams.
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships with stakeholders, community leaders and decision‑makers.
• High initiative, problem‑solving creativity and ability to deliver results independently.
