Senior Manager, Product & Pipeline Communications

About the role

Servier, a privately‑held biopharmaceutical company based in Boston, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead communications for its growing neurology portfolio and pipeline. The role will develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives and collaborate with R&D, medical affairs, patient affairs and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement communications initiatives that drive the neurology therapeutic business and pipeline.
• Develop communications strategies for major U.S. data and regulatory milestones, media outreach, social/digital plans and launch activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders—including R&D, publications, medical affairs, patient affairs and global teams—to create press releases, thought‑leadership programs and meeting materials.
• Manage agency partners, budgets and measurement of communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, integrated marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent.
• 7+ years of communications experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with both agency and in‑house exposure.
• Proven experience planning and executing communications programs for therapeutic areas, medical meetings and regulatory milestones.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to solve complex communication challenges creatively.
• Experience in rare diseases, oncology or neurology is a strong plus.
