Senior Manager Payments Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and strategic Senior Manager of Payments Analytics to lead and evolve our payments operations and strategy across the organization. This role will oversee payment processing performance, optimize operations, manage key vendor relationships, drive operational efficiencies, and ensure a seamless customer payment experience across multiple channels and products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable payments strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to improve payment acceptance rates and reduce friction.
• Monitor performance metrics, transaction trends, declines, chargebacks and operational KPIs.
• Identify and implement vendor and processor improvements.
• Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Product and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance payment infrastructure and automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in payments, fintech, ecommerce or related fields, preferably in iGaming or online payments.
• Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems (credit cards, ACH, PayPal, digital wallets, alternative methods).
• Proven track record of optimizing payment performance and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards and card brand rules.
