Senior Manager, Payer Marketing

About the role

At Nestlé Health Science, the Senior Manager, Payer Marketing leads the strategy, development and execution of payer marketing initiatives, copay assistance programs, and market access communications to support patient affordability and access.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage patient affordability program messaging and copay assistance content.
• Lead creation of payer value propositions, coverage communications and pull‑through materials.
• Monitor payer pharmaceutical coverage policies and trends that impact access.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including finance, legal, compliance, sales, marketing and medical affairs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of market‑access tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 5 years in patient support or market access.
• Strong understanding of the payer landscape, insurance companies and PBMs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
