Senior Manager, NPI Supply Chain Center of Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team of NPI Supply Chain Program Managers within Applied Materials’ New Product Commercialization organization. The role bridges the Center of Excellence, Global Supply Chain, suppliers and business units, and includes hands‑on leadership of high‑impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product sourcing strategies, cost performance targets, and corporate synergies across multiple programs.
• Lead talent development, set clear objectives, and manage performance of a high‑performing supply‑chain team.
• Oversee supply‑chain strategy, lab qualification, CM selection, cost‑apportionment models and cost‑reduction road‑maps.
• Drive executive‑level governance, risk management and timely integration of new technologies into NPI programs.

Required profile

• Proven people leadership and talent development experience in a complex, fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Deep expertise in NPI supply‑chain and commodity management, including supplier selection, negotiation and cost‑governance.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills with a hands‑on approach to high‑impact initiatives.

Required skills

• RF generators, matching networks and power‑delivery systems.
• Electromechanical box‑build assemblies and integration testing.
• CM/EMS outsourcing strategy and dual‑sourcing governance.
• MRP concepts, inventory health and material flow fundamentals.

What we offer

• Salary range $158,500 – $218,000 per year.
