Senior Manager Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

About the role

The Senior Manager of Internal Communications & Employee Engagement will shape and execute HEINEKEN USA’s internal communications strategy. This role inspires, engages, and empowers employees while strengthening company culture and brand advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual employee engagement strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Create and deliver innovative internal events, communications, and campaigns (e.g., Responsible Consumption).
• Partner with Management, Brand, People, and other internal teams to produce high‑impact activations and Town Hall content.
• Manage the Workvivo community, driving daily engagement and aligning content with leadership messaging.
• Oversee the internal communications calendar, agency partners, and regional distributor meeting logistics.
• Support corporate relations during crises and lead consumer affairs issues alongside legal and operations teams.
• Assist the Director in change‑management communications and translate leadership priorities into compelling storytelling.
