Senior Manager – Human Capital Diligence (Deals)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Human Capital Diligence within its Deals practice. You will work on high‑impact M&A, divestiture and integration projects, helping clients unlock value through strategic HR advice and post‑deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior client stakeholders during critical business decisions and provide strategic HR due‑diligence, integration and separation planning.
• Lead large‑scale projects, manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery of high‑quality outcomes.
• Develop, coach and motivate high‑performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
• Conduct valuations, financial analyses and develop post‑merger integration strategies that maximise deal value.
• Drive process improvements, operational excellence and knowledge sharing across the Deals team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in M&A, HR due‑diligence, integration or divestiture work at a senior‑manager level.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities, with a track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams.
• Excellent judgment, ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisive actions.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of crafting clear, holistic narratives for clients.
