Senior Manager, HEOR/RWE for Oncology

About the role

The Senior Manager, HEOR/RWE will lead the strategic development and execution of health economics and outcomes research and real‑world evidence initiatives for the oncology asset Voranigo. Working in a matrix environment, the role partners with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Market Access to shape evidence strategies that address unmet medical needs and inform clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HEOR/RWE subject‑matter expert for oncology assets, providing scientific and methodological guidance to cross‑functional teams.
• Design and oversee end‑to‑end evidence projects, managing external vendors and internal resources to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate with medical strategy and clinical development to integrate patient‑reported outcomes into trials and support payer and regulatory submissions.
• Communicate findings and strategic implications to internal stakeholders and external partners, and develop publication plans in coordination with the publications team.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS) in Health Outcomes, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology or related field with oncology experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in HEOR/RWE within pharma or consulting.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills to translate research into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
