Senior Manager, HEOR/RWE Analytics – Neurology

About the role

The Senior Manager, HEOR/RWE Analytics – Neurology will lead evidence‑generation capabilities for Servier’s rare neurology portfolio, focusing on diseases such as Becker muscular dystrophy, Fragile X syndrome and KCNT1‑related epilepsies. Reporting to the Director of Evidence & Innovation, the role shapes data strategy, analytics and vendor partnerships across Medical Affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data landscaping and develop fit‑for‑purpose data strategies across claims, EHR, registries, patient‑reported outcomes and specialty pharmacy sources.
• Design and execute analytics workflows, dashboards and reusable modules to translate real‑world data into decision‑ready insights for HEOR, Value & Access, R&D and global stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate and manage external data and analytics vendors, ensuring methodological quality, governance compliance and delivery discipline.
• Participate in scientific governance activities, reviewing protocols, analysis plans and evidence outputs to ensure robustness and auditability.
• Drive methodological innovation, including advanced RWE methods, disease‑progression modelling, predictive analytics and AI‑enabled evidence exploration.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in HEOR/RWE, data strategy and analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage external partners and communicate complex methods to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of rare neurological disease evidence gaps and the challenges of limited conventional data sources.
