Senior Manager, Global Process Steward – Inventory Accounting

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end global inventory accounting process. Reporting to the Global Process Leader, you will drive transformation initiatives, shape the Accounting‑to‑Reporting (ATR) roadmap, and champion continuous improvement across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and present global inventory accounting process improvements for approval.
• Conduct process analytics, map cross‑functional dependencies, and develop scalable, standardized designs.
• Partner with regional, divisional, and functional teams to balance business needs while advancing global standardization.
• Analyze business challenges, apply industry best practices, and communicate recommendations and status updates to leadership.
• Collect, assess, and prioritize inventory process improvement opportunities in line with the Global Process Leader’s roadmap.
• Support evaluation, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives that strengthen the global ATR agenda.
• Lead change initiatives, drive adoption of global standards, and ensure successful implementation of the process framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, global finance or accounting processes.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated change‑leadership skills in a multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in inventory accounting and process stewardship.
