Senior Manager, Global Internal Communications

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Internal Communications leads employee engagement by delivering clear, consistent messaging and compelling storytelling across Benefit’s worldwide workforce. This position oversees the global intranet and ensures that internal communications support the company’s culture and employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that maximizes channel effectiveness and boosts engagement for a hybrid, geographically dispersed team.
• Partner with leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to create audience‑specific communication plans and manage the editorial calendar.
• Write, edit, design, and publish a weekly global newsletter and produce toolkits for consistent, on‑brand messaging.
• Lead the design, rollout, and governance of the global intranet, ensuring accurate and easily searchable content.
• Support Global Town Halls, Worldwide All‑Hands, and other internal events, handling technical production and run‑of‑show logistics.
• Identify, curate, and amplify stories that showcase company DNA, culture, people, and products.
• Collaborate with People Experience teams to manage the global people‑experience calendar and shape employer‑brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on audience‑first communication.
• Experience planning and executing internal communications for large, distributed organizations.
• Ability to work agilely, think strategically, and drive creative solutions.
• Proven track record of building partnerships across regions and functions.
