Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

About the role

Trading Technologies seeks a Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives across its global finance organization. You will focus on redesigning close processes, implementing automation tools, and guiding accounting aspects of M&A and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance transformation roadmap, identifying inefficiencies and delivering scalable improvements.
• Evaluate, select, and roll out close‑management and automation tools such as FloQast, Power Automate, and Power BI, including stakeholder alignment and training.
• Redesign month‑end close processes with accounting leaders to reduce cycle time, eliminate manual steps, and improve data quality.
• Partner with finance systems teams on ERP enhancements, workflow integrations, and data infrastructure improvements (NetSuite, Coupa).
• Establish and maintain SOPs for key accounting processes, ensuring they are audit‑ready.
• Define and track KPIs for close efficiency and team productivity, reporting progress to the Controller and senior leadership.
• Serve as finance lead on M&A transactions from due diligence through full integration, handling purchase price allocation, balance‑sheet review, and post‑acquisition accounting.
• Coordinate with legal, FP&A, tax, and external advisors to ensure accurate accounting treatment of goodwill, intangibles, and deferred revenue.
• Develop a repeatable M&A integration playbook and monitor post‑acquisition financial performance.

Required profile

• CPA certification.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated leadership in process improvement, systems implementation, or M&A integration.
• Blend of public‑accounting and industry experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑identification ability, and drive to execute solutions in a fast‑moving setting.
