Senior Manager, Field Insights & Analytics – Neurology

About the role

The Senior Manager, US Neurology Field Insights & Analytics will partner with sales, marketing, medical and other functions to shape the strategy and execution of Servier’s first neurology launch. This role plans, budgets and delivers pre‑ and post‑launch field insights to guide product plans and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead neurology analytics for field force sizing, targeting, segmentation, call planning and performance measurement.
• Provide commercial analytics strategy, including performance analytics for current and future indications and field execution priorities.
• Define neurology reporting requirements, own KPI definition, and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance and Analytics to integrate data sources and support launch readiness and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/commercial analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience in neurology or rare‑disease pharma, preferably with launch planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• Knowledge of claims and Rx data sources.
