Senior Manager – Core Banking Modernization

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Bank Platform Transformation, you will lead core banking modernization initiatives for leading financial institutions, helping them improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction through strategic application of business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale core banking modernization projects from design through delivery.
• Analyze client requirements and implement tailored software solutions to optimise business processes.
• Provide strategic guidance for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications.
• Coach and mentor multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and achieve project goals.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying operational challenges and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project execution.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices across consulting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects.
