Senior Manager, Commercial (Airport Concessions)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Commercial leads the food & beverage, lounge and passenger‑service portfolio for Terminal 4. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Experience & Commercial, the role drives growth, revenue and passenger satisfaction by shaping the tenant mix and overseeing all commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement a strategic plan to secure the optimal tenant mix for Terminal 4.
• Develop, enforce, and monitor commercial standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Lead RFPs, leasing negotiations and contract management for all food & beverage, lounge and passenger‑service partners.
• Track contractual terms, anticipate renewals or tenders, and ensure compliance.
• Represent the company’s vision to commercial partners, emphasizing superior customer service and innovative concepts.
• Set and achieve KPI performance benchmarks and manage budget and revenue forecasts.
• Resolve operational issues, make multi‑perspective decisions, and support continuous improvement.
• Oversee a direct report (Manager, Concessions) providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of commercial or concessions management experience in an airport, real‑estate or mixed‑use retail environment, preferably in F&B, lounges or passenger services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in management, business administration or related field strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
