Senior Leasing Professional – Flex Team

About the role

The Senior Leasing Professional joins Greystar’s Flex Team, a group of specialists that support communities across the greater Portland area. The role focuses on driving leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and renewal performance while providing flexible support to on‑site teams as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring units, processing applications, and completing lease paperwork.
• Perform lease file audits and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, verify readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, manage concessions, and support initiatives that boost occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing with a track record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, credit screening, and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying community needs across multiple asset types.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
