Senior Key Account Manager - Engineering Services Americas

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead growth of its non‑mobility engineering services across the Americas. You will act as the primary regional liaison between Bosch’s engineering service teams and senior customer stakeholders, shaping long‑term partnerships and delivering value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business and engineering leaders across assigned accounts.
• Develop account strategies that align Bosch’s engineering services capabilities with customer roadmaps and business priorities.
• Identify, qualify and drive new business opportunities to expand the portfolio of engineering services engagements.
• Collaborate closely with global delivery leaders and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Bosch in regional industry events and customer forums to promote the company’s technology portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior key‑account management or business development within engineering or technology services.
• Strong understanding of engineering services, IoT ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Required skills

• Experience managing complex engineering services contracts.
• Knowledge of IoT, sensor, software, and services integration.
