Senior Internal Auditor – Global Audit & Risk

About the role

The Internal Audit team is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to lead end‑to‑end audit engagements across multiple regions. You will evaluate financial, compliance and operational processes, advise business units on risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on audit projects independently, covering all phases from fieldwork to follow‑up.
• Identify operational and financial risks, control gaps and opportunities for cost savings.
• Apply data‑analytics techniques to perform in‑depth testing and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Prepare concise audit reports for senior management, highlighting business impact.
• Review audit work of team members and provide value‑added feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Contribute to the evolution of audit templates, methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational audit experience, preferably in e‑commerce, digital advertising or high‑growth technology environments.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment and audit practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% internationally and domestically.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin and English.
