Senior Inside Sales Representative

About the role

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative you will work with existing customers to increase sales of the company's products and services. You will create and upsell orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and adding value to the buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume, profitability, penetration and efficiency.
• Market products and offer value‑added services.
• Develop strong business relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales or national accounts.
• Stay current on new products and share competitive knowledge.
• Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
• May act as lead for other Inside Sales Representatives regarding processes, systems and customers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4‑5 years of experience in sales and sales administration.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven prospecting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
