Senior HR Business Partner – GTM & Sales

About the role

HYCU is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Senior HR Business Partner to support its global Go‑To‑Market and Sales organization. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations to drive organizational effectiveness and scale high‑performance teams in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for GTM units worldwide, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Operations and Marketing.
• Leverage performance, attrition, pipeline and compensation data to guide leaders on workforce planning, capacity and skill development.
• Support quarterly business reviews with people insights on performance, promotion readiness, talent gaps and retention risks.
• Coach leaders on talent moves, performance management and early intervention to avoid surprise PIPs.
• Partner on the full hire‑train‑inspect‑retain cycle: ensure role clarity, structured onboarding, ongoing enablement, capability assessment and retention strategies.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment on role definitions and communication to prevent silos.
• Facilitate performance rhythms such as goal setting, quarterly feedback, 9‑box calibration and role expectations.
• Contribute to leadership development initiatives, including enablement, coaching and succession planning.

Required profile

• Significant HR experience with a focus on GTM or sales organizations in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to use data to influence organizational decisions and drive talent strategy.
• Strong partnership and advisory skills with senior leaders.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from hiring through retention.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
