Senior Growth Manager – Loyalty & Subscription

About the role

Trafilea is seeking a senior‑level Growth Manager to lead its Loyalty & Subscription function. You will own the strategy and execution of subscription programs such as Shapermint CLUB, ShaperBox and Autoship, driving retention and revenue across its portfolio of digitally native brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a roadmap that integrates marketing, product and UX to increase subscription share to 20% of total orders.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of marketing, finance, product and customer service to launch and optimise subscription offerings.
• Develop new subscription products, ensuring usability, value proposition and competitive differentiation.
• Analyse customer data and churn metrics, run experiments and iterate to improve lifetime value.
• Own KPI reporting, dashboards and data‑driven optimisation of subscription health.
• Foster a culture of rapid testing, innovation and continuous improvement within the Loyalty team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading loyalty or subscription programs in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to reduce churn and grow revenue.
• Excellent collaboration skills to align stakeholders across marketing, finance, product and operations.
