Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Agentic AI

About the role

Siftstack is building the data infrastructure that powers hardware engineering teams, and its newest product, Sift Agents, brings AI agents to help engineers analyse massive telemetry streams. As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end product experience, from talking with customers to shipping MVPs and iterating on production features.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to translate hardware review workflows into agent capabilities.
• Design, develop, and operate agentic systems that reason over large‑scale time‑series data.
• Build and polish frontend micro‑interactions that make the chat experience intuitive.
• Implement robust APIs and tool interfaces that enable safe execution of agent‑generated code.
• Scale agent workloads on Kubernetes both in the cloud and on‑premises.
• Create evaluation suites to measure agent impact on latency, cost, and reliability.
• Integrate and assess frontier AI models from multiple providers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of owning a product area from concept to production.
• Experience working closely with customers to define and deliver features.
• Comfort with full‑stack development and large‑scale system design.
