Senior Full-Stack Engineer – EV Marketplace

About the role

Plug is building the first marketplace dedicated to used electric vehicles. As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you will own end‑to‑end customer‑facing and internal products that power AI‑driven pricing, real‑time vehicle data integration, auction platforms and data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams in product design sessions, architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Design, implement, test, debug and document new features and maintain existing services.
• Own the full lifecycle of customer‑facing or internal applications, from concept to production.
• Build and scale systems such as AI‑powered pricing intelligence, real‑time connectivity to manufacturer APIs, auction applications and multi‑source data aggregation pipelines.
• Contribute to the technical foundation and roadmap of the growing EV marketplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior full‑stack software engineer delivering production‑grade web applications.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions and influence product direction.
• Passion for building innovative solutions in the automotive or fintech space.
