Senior Field Services Technician

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Services Technician to perform on‑site installation, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of electrical monitoring systems at radio‑communication sites. The role involves close collaboration with a technical team and requires frequent travel to various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute field maneuvers for installation and maintenance of electrical monitoring systems at radio‑communication sites.
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks in coordination with the team.
• Support the fueling process for generator sets, ensuring safe and efficient fuel loading.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure they are positioned as required by work schedules.
• Coordinate with other crew members to align work plans and site requirements.

Required profile

• Experience with civil works and construction environments.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions and travel more than 50% of the time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
