Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Nuclearn is seeking its first Senior Field Marketing Manager to turn a packed calendar of nuclear industry conferences and trade shows into a reliable pipeline engine. This individual contributor will design and execute a repeatable event playbook that drives qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Define event strategy and build an annual calendar of conferences, trade shows, and customer events aligned with buyer presence.
• Lead pre‑event logistics, booth and sponsorship execution, staffing plans, and outreach to secure meetings before the doors open.
• Oversee on‑site execution, ensuring the booth is ready, the team follows the plan, and meetings occur on schedule.
• Manage post‑event follow‑up, converting badge scans and booth conversations into booked meetings for sales.
• Collaborate daily with Sales and report to the VP of Marketing to align pipeline goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or event marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial context.
• Track record of building and scaling repeatable event processes that generate qualified leads.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who can own the full event lifecycle without managing a team.
