Senior Facilities Manager – Jacksonville Fulfillment Center

About the role

The Senior Facilities Manager leads the 24/7 maintenance and facilities teams at Tapestry’s Jacksonville fulfillment center. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering and Facilities, this role ensures all building systems operate safely and efficiently while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee electric, water, air, HVAC, conveyor, and material handling equipment maintenance across the site.
• Lead 10‑12 direct reports and ~30 indirect reports, setting goals and coaching staff.
• Manage building projects, renovations, refurbishments, repairs, and new equipment installations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for MHE technology and facility equipment.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors (janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, etc.).
• Create and monitor maintenance capacity models for the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with internal partners including DC operations, IT, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance.
• Drive end‑to‑end maintenance projects and introduce innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large facilities or maintenance teams in a fast‑paced environment.
