Senior Engagement Manager – Client Services (Financial Services)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead client‑service engagements for its Financial Services vertical. The role focuses on driving Cloud, Data, AI and Generative AI transformation sales across banking, capital markets, payments and broader financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen executive relationships with business and technology stakeholders in assigned financial services accounts.
• Design and execute account growth strategies centered on Cloud, Data, AI, GenAI and digital transformation services.
• Own the full opportunity lifecycle – prospect, evaluate, propose, and close – while maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified deals.
• Lead strategic conversations on Cloud migration, modernization, data platforms, AI, GenAI and intelligent automation, positioning Infosys solutions to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with consulting, solution, alliance and delivery teams to craft compelling business cases and differentiated value propositions.
• Act as executive sponsor for delivery, ensuring successful execution, high customer satisfaction and long‑term relationship growth.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in financial services sales or consulting, with a proven record of driving large‑scale transformation engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic relationships and revenue‑growth portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, AI and digital transformation trends in banking and payments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across business and technology leaders.
