Senior Employee Communications Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Employee Communications Specialist, you will bring Nestlé USA’s business, brand, people and culture stories to life through clear, compelling internal communications. You will work across the organization to translate complex priorities into engaging content that connects employees to the company’s strategy and purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging communications that showcase Nestlé USA’s strategy, priorities, brands, people and culture.
• Identify and craft stories from across the organization, linking team successes to the broader corporate narrative.
• Create content for multiple formats and channels, including leadership messages, announcements, presentations, videos, digital communications and employee campaigns.
• Support communication plans for business priorities, organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather information, shape narratives and deliver cohesive communications.
• Help plan and execute Town Halls, leadership meetings and other employee communication events.

Required profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement or public relations.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities across multiple formats.
• Critical and strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity and end‑to‑end thinking.
• Creativity in employee storytelling and ability to translate complex business priorities into simple messages.
