Senior District Manager – Immunology Autoantibody Diseases (New England)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead the Immunology Autoantibody Diseases portfolio across the New England territory. The role focuses on driving district strategy, building high‑performing teams, and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into a clear district strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across immunology and rare‑disease products, aligning execution with patient and business needs.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, ensuring strong selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Generate demand and manage care transitions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and internal partners to enhance customer experience and execution results.
• Monitor market dynamics, adjust strategy, and remove barriers to protect or grow performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or commercial roles.
• At least 2 years of direct sales management experience with strong performance‑management capabilities.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend trips.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New England geography.
