About the role

The Senior Director of Retail Store Operations will lead a high‑performing team to shape and execute omni‑channel strategies that deliver a seamless customer experience across both online and physical stores. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive operational excellence, manage large‑scale projects, and partner across corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the retail operations strategy, overseeing project plans and initiatives.
• Drive omni‑channel initiatives to create a unified end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Manage store communications, ensuring timely and brand‑consistent information flow.
• Oversee workload planning, scheduling, payroll forecasting, and incentive program administration.
• Partner with compensation, finance, IT, and digital teams to align programs, technology, and cost efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between corporate departments and store locations.
• Lead real‑estate initiatives, including store openings, expansions, relocations, and closures.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to enhance training, onboarding, and store productivity.
• Ensure field compliance with back‑of‑house standards through training and store visits.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail or store operations, including field operations, workforce management, and communications.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication, critical‑thinking, and presentation capabilities.
