Senior Director of Loyalty

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a strategic senior leader to own and evolve its loyalty program. The Senior Director of Loyalty will define how loyalty drives customer relationships, long‑term value, and differentiated experiences for members across digital and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise‑wide loyalty strategy, vision, and multi‑year roadmap aligned with brand, digital, and growth objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end program management, including member acquisition, activation, retention, benefits, and campaign planning.
• Drive member growth and engagement through targeted acquisition, activation, and re‑engagement tactics across cohorts.
• Design and maintain compelling loyalty benefits, rewards, and member‑only experiences that are scalable and brand‑consistent.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize program performance.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and serve as the senior business owner for loyalty across Marketing, Product, Retail, Finance, and Data teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement within a consumer‑facing business.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and enterprise‑level loyalty initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a loyalty or membership program, including strategy, segmentation, personalization, and economics.
• Strong analytical orientation with experience using data, cohort analysis, and experimentation to drive decisions.
