Senior Director, Market Access Strategy

About the role

The Senior Director of Market Access Strategy reports to the VP, Market Access and leads the Access Strategy team to translate brand imperatives into effective market access solutions across Servier's portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand marketing to develop and execute access solutions aligned with brand priorities.
• Coordinate integration of market access functions and create launch and lifecycle access plans for all products.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Market Access Strategy team.
• Monitor healthcare policy, pricing and competitor actions; devise mitigation strategies.
• Develop economic value stories and payer materials in partnership with National Accounts and Medical Affairs.
• Align evidence generation with market access needs across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate cross‑border strategies with Global Market Access counterparts.
• Provide market access input for pipeline assets and business development deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of pharma/biotech experience, including 8+ years in Market Access.
• Proven leadership of market access teams, preferably in Oncology, Neurology or Rare Diseases.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills across functions.
