Senior Director, Brand Partnerships US

About the role

As a senior leader within the Global Sales team, you will drive new business across social branded content, influencer marketing and sponsorships, positioning Pubity Group as a trusted tier‑one social publishing partner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients or campaigns each quarter within designated industry verticals.
• Sell the full suite of social advertising solutions and develop new offerings aligned with client objectives.
• Build relationships across strategy, planning and buying departments to maximise coverage.
• Develop and maintain a target client list for long‑term business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Social Editorial, Production) to craft and deliver pitches.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from brief to sign‑off, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience representing East Coast media agencies and brands.
• Strong network in Travel, Food & Beverage, Gaming, QSR, Fashion, CPG sectors.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Deep understanding of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook.
• Proven ability to translate briefs into integrated proposals and negotiate with agencies and brands.
• Passionate about delivering business outcomes and meeting targets.
