Senior Decision Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Decision Intelligence will develop advanced analytics and operations research solutions to enable data‑driven decision making within Development Sciences and Clinical Supply. You will work on modeling, simulation and optimization frameworks to solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into mathematical models for simulation and optimization.
• Build robust analytics that integrate with WebApps or AI agents for streamlined user interaction.
• Develop probabilistic forecasting and stochastic optimization techniques for strategic decisions under uncertainty.
• Support business cases for new digital capabilities and define KPIs to track digital transformation value.
• Contribute to modern data foundations, pipelines, and custom web applications for end‑users.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data science, operations research, data engineering or a related technical role.
• Pharmaceutical development or clinical supply chain experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to gather complex requirements from non‑technical stakeholders and translate them into technical roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
