Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst to act as the program's authority on cyber threat intelligence analysis, supporting DIA's regional and functional intelligence centers. The role sets the standard for how adversary cyber activity is characterized and reported, mentors analysts across multiple centers, and shapes how the program hires and trains. The position is contingent on contract award, with selected candidates receiving contingent offers before award.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior authority for cyber threat intelligence analysis across supported centers
• Set standards for cyber intelligence products, including threat actor and TTP characterization
• Mentor cyber analysts and build their certification and development paths
• Author and maintain procedures and position guides for cyber intelligence functions
• Coordinate with IC and DoD cyber partners on threats and priorities, and serve on hiring panels
• Contribute to analytic production and senior leader briefings

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI security clearance; CI polygraph preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of intelligence experience, including 5+ in cyber threat intelligence
• Experience briefing senior military or government leaders
• Experience mentoring or leading analysts

Required skills

• MITRE ATT&CK framework and structured analytic techniques (preferred)
• Cyber intelligence experience at DIA, the Joint Staff or a combatant command (preferred)
• SIGINT target development or OSINT tradecraft experience (preferred)
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (preferred)
