Senior Customer Account Specialist – Walmart & Sam's eCommerce

About the role

The Senior Customer Account Specialist will drive growth for Nestlé’s Walmart.com and Sam's Club eCommerce categories. You will own day‑to‑day business performance, partner with cross‑functional teams and deliver strategic insights that boost sales, profit and digital shelf impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales, volume, profit and commercial spend targets for assigned Walmart and Sam's Club categories.
• Lead forecasting, promotional planning, distribution tracking and post‑event performance analysis.
• Develop and present customer‑facing business reviews, selling stories and growth recommendations.
• Create scorecards, dashboards and performance reports as the analytics lead for the categories.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, assortment and promotional data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with eCommerce, finance and supply‑chain teams to execute joint business plans, new item launches and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer development, sales, eCommerce, category management or analytics.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Passion for eCommerce and digital growth.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
