Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

Icibuilds is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across sectors such as retail, high‑end restaurant, K‑12 education, office spaces, and auto dealerships. The role oversees project development, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to set, monitor, and achieve project goals while preparing profit projections.
• Lead pre‑construction efforts, write scopes of work, evaluate bids, and provide value‑design suggestions.
• Maintain overall responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance from budget to close‑out.
• Manage client and architect‑engineer relationships and support business development activities.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Schedule to track documentation, schedules, and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven project management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated judgment and ability to supervise other project managers, engineers, and interns.

Required skills

• Procore project management software.
• Microsoft Schedule (project scheduling tools).
