Senior Community Manager – NoHo Living

About the role

The Senior Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of two or more assigned properties, ensuring smooth resident experiences and achieving financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site teams, daily activities, and resources for assigned properties.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and forecast performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and address community issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of property management operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
