Senior Community Manager – Dallas, TX

About the role

The Senior Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties in the Dallas area. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead on‑site teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with fair housing and other regulatory requirements while delivering a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of two or more assigned properties, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust rent rates to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure timely collection and posting of rent and fees.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all applicable local regulations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and resident communications to support occupancy goals.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑family residential properties, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of property financials, budgeting, and rent collection processes.
• Knowledge of fair housing, ADA, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building abilities.
