Senior Clinical Sales Specialist – South Florida

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to cover the South Florida territory for its Monarch surgical platform. The role combines clinical expertise with sales acumen to drive adoption of advanced robotic and imaging technologies in operating rooms across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level clinical and product expertise to surgeons, nurses and staff, acting as a technical consultant during procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, creating clinical champions to increase utilization of Monarch systems.
• Identify educational opportunities, deliver physician training programs, and support complex case workflows.
• Serve as liaison between customers and corporate for peer‑review, complaint handling and technical issue reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or healthcare.
• Ability to work in all hospital departments, including the operating room environment.
• Willingness to travel 50‑75% of the time within the designated South Florida territory.
• Valid driver’s license for the United States.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Monarch products and related surgical technologies.
• Ability to deliver clinical education and training programs.
• Strong technical consulting skills to support complex procedural cases.

What we offer
