Senior Client Associate – West Coast

About the role

Savvy is looking for an experienced Senior Client Associate to serve as an operational partner to multiple advisors, delivering day‑to‑day support for their clients. You will help shape standard operating procedures, work closely with Product and Operations teams, and build out the client‑servicing function as an early member of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to Savvy wealth managers, ensuring exceptional client service.
• Execute client tasks, requests and inquiries promptly and maintain best‑in‑class execution standards.
• Improve internal procedures to enhance advisor and client experiences.
• Streamline prospecting, closing and onboarding processes, including meeting preparation and account creation.
• Assist advisors with investment transactions, billing and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with CPAs, estate planning attorneys, insurance agents and other professional advisors.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems while ensuring compliance with policies.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a similar role at a registered investment advisory firm or broker‑dealer, interacting directly with clients and advisors.
• High‑energy, collaborative self‑starter with an ownership mentality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.
