Senior Client Associate

About the role

Savvy is looking for an experienced Senior Client Associate to serve as an operational partner to multiple wealth advisors. You will ensure advisors’ clients receive exceptional day‑to‑day support while helping shape the firm’s client‑servicing processes and product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support for Savvy wealth managers, handling client tasks, requests, and inquiries promptly.
• Streamline prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes, including meeting preparation, documentation collection, and account creation.
• Execute investment transactions, billing, and performance reporting for advisors.
• Collaborate with professional partners such as CPAs, estate‑planning attorneys, and insurance agents.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and ensure compliance with all policies.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a similar role at a registered investment advisory firm or broker‑dealer, interacting directly with clients and advisors.
• High‑energy, collaborative self‑starter attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Salesforce for client data management.
