Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Civil Engineer you will lead the delivery of civil and land‑development designs for utility‑scale renewable energy projects, guiding projects from early design through final deliverables while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards at Revamp.

Key responsibilities

• Create complex civil engineering plans, grading, drainage, stormwater, erosion control, and access road designs using AutoCAD/Civil 3D for renewable energy and land‑development projects.
• Oversee project portfolios, manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and ensure quality and compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, permitting authorities, and act as the primary technical contact for your discipline.
• Mentor junior engineers, develop technical standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field with 8+ years of civil design experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and solve complex engineering problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and detail‑oriented work style.
