Senior CEI Project Manager – Highway & Bridge

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented CEI Senior Project Manager to lead highway and bridge construction engineering and inspection projects. You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery while fostering a high‑performance field team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scope of work, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver high‑quality deliverables and manage change orders.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on staffing, schedule, and budget, and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Establish and enforce project safety plans, monitor site practices, and promote safety, security, and quality policies.
• Lead regular stakeholder meetings, prepare progress summaries, and submit reports to clients and program leadership.
• Negotiate scope changes, review bid documents, and support vendor procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or construction‑related field (or equivalent).
• 12+ years of highway and bridge construction engineering and inspection experience.
• 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience at a field site.
• Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
