About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects that drive the company’s growth. This individual contributor role requires strong analytical abilities, strategic problem‑solving, and proactive stakeholder management to turn big‑picture ideas into scalable execution.

Key responsibilities

• Set mental models, decompose problems, and make data‑driven recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional partners, own end‑to‑end project execution, and ensure measurable impact.
• Convert goals into operational plans, design performance measurement systems, and drive alignment with senior leaders.

Required profile

• 7+ years in management consulting, business operations, strategy, financial analysis, or demand planning within high‑growth or mid‑size companies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong executive presence, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage long‑term, multi‑disciplinary projects and partner directly with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling.
• SQL query writing.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, PowerBI, or Tableau.
