Senior Business Development Manager for the USA at Zencargo, an AI‑powered global freight forwarder, responsible for driving growth by acquiring new mid‑market and enterprise shippers and expanding the company’s footprint across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a US‑focused business development plan aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue new opportunities across priority verticals and trade lanes, opening new markets and strategic partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers at client organisations, industry partners and internal teams.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately and meet revenue targets.
• Lead complex, high‑value negotiations and structure commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure seamless market entry and client experience.
• Use data and market intelligence to track performance, refine go‑to‑market approaches and report to senior leadership.
