Senior Brand Manager – USA Foods

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead growth of its high‑impact USA Foods portfolio, including Craisins® dried cranberries, cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries. Reporting to the Senior Director of USA Foods, you will own short‑ and long‑term strategy and drive business performance across grocery, mass and club channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape growth strategy for the Fresh Cranberry business, balancing supply complexity with demand opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the FUEL stage‑gate process to renovate and strengthen the core Craisins® offering in the Club channel.
• Develop and execute full‑funnel holiday campaigns to acquire new buyers for Craisins® and expand reach of cranberry sauce.
• Collaborate with grocery sales leads to build seasonal plans that increase display support and win omni‑channel placement at major retailers.
• Own the full P&L for the USA Foods base business, using consumer, customer and competitor insights to drive revenue, profit and brand equity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of CPG brand management experience, including base and innovation.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret quantitative (POS, panel) and qualitative data and translate insights into strategy.
• Proven capability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority and present compelling stories to senior audiences.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, volume forecasting, budgeting and key financial drivers.
• Experience leading and coaching direct reports.
