Santander is seeking a Senior Branch Operations Manager to lead its Boro Park branch in Brooklyn. The role focuses on ensuring efficient, secure branch operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, vault and ATM custodianship, and lobby management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate operational risk.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate cash counts, audit logs, and support teller line performance through coaching and feedback.
• Utilize data‑driven insights to improve branch performance and operational efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote digital self‑service options.
• Collaborate with nearby branches as business needs dictate.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in branch operations, risk control, and customer service within a banking environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and develop team members.
